always excercise, I should but dont., im going to try harder, especially for the kids it teachs them its good for you. If I took a leaf out of my 6 yr olds book I would be really healthy.

Hi Catherine, I too would like to lose 25lbs, so here goes, I lost 35lbs at slimming world and put 7lb of that back on. I just cant seem to get motivated now. Keep me posted then i might be able to keep track if someone else has the same goal.

Good for you, I limit my girls to the amount of crisps and choc they eat. they have 1 choc bar & a couple of sweets per week and 1/2 pkt crisps every other day. I always keep plenty of fruit in and if they feel hungry they always go for the fruit. The problem is me, I dont eat fruit much, I dont drink much and need to…

i was in this situation till my husband hit 40 then all of a sudden he put the wight on now he is the on just ideal weight for his height we thought he would never get there. We used to joke if we both swapped weights we both be happy. I dont know what to suggest iot just happened.
