  • I started to lose weight right away, but didn't truly notice a difference until I started exercising. Then it really started to come off. About 2-3 pounds a week. After 8 or 9 weeks I was in a smaller jeans size. That was my BEST accomplishment to date.
  • Everyone will tell you that 1200 should be your minimum. And if you eat only that plus workout, you will go under. I use the app on my phone most days and it helps because it tells you your net (calories-exercise) If you search the topic you will see an overwhelming response to eating no less than 1200 calories.

  • I went to carnival last week and made the mistake of going hungry! I had a sausage and peper sandwich, but no matter what I went in knowing I was going to have fried oreos. I LOVE those things! You can total your walking calories for the day and have a small cheat.

  • I get the thin sliced chicken from BJ's and marinate it in Lawrys lemon n pepper and grill it. I can eat that all week. Over a salad, with veggies, on a sand which, in a taco. Very versatile. Sometimes I get crazy and use the teriyaki.
  • We all have those days. I had cake and pizza as it was my triplets first birthday. After they went to bedi did Zumba to make myself feel better.
