I can add you, too. Motivation is easy at first but it gets easy to get discouraged, too. That's one of the things that I like about MFP--motivation and accountability. Keep up the good work!

Stop worrying! Looks like you've been doing really well. Having some cheese and bread can help balance out your diet. Good quality cheese (not the processed crap) gives you a good boost of calcium, too, which us ladies need.

Cheesehead here, too! A life without is cheese is no life at all. Moderation is key......I take the same approach to cheese as I try to do with sweets: if you're going to go for it, save it for something really good. Make it worth it; savor it, my friend! Really need some aged sharp cheddar now. Mmm....

Can I add another question to your thread? I don't see kettlebells in MFP's exercise database. Does anyone know how to figure calories burned for logging purposes?

Kettlebells can be pricey, and I wasn't sure if I would like it, so I followed this link to make my own: http://lifehacker.com/5821881/build-your-own-kettlebell-out-of-plumbing-pipes Works pretty good and the weight is adjustable.

My sweet tooth has always been my biggest challenge to losing weight. I totally agree with you that you shouldn't stop satisfying it. For some people, maybe it has to be all or nothing.
