I gained 4 lb & updated mine - I wasn't logging meals during Christmas but now I'm back to logging, water, no sugar & exercise I have 40 days from tomorrow till our beach vacation so that's my inspiration

My SW weight was 231 my CW is 206 my GW is 145 I remember being that weight, at the time I felt big but when I look back at those pictures I looked good Since I'm almost 50, when I get closer to that weight I'll reevaluate that GW though

HI everyone My goals for May is to be more careful of what I eat after supper (afternoons & evening are hardest for me) drink enough water start to get exercise outside (it's been very windy & cool where I live) hope everyone has a good day

I really like the almond milk in coffee, smoothies, cereal or even in baking & cooking - just not in the glass Vanilla is my fav.

I struggle with this as well, last night I had a choc. chai tea with some melba rounds & little pieces of cheese on them

I'm using the gel tabs now & I love them - they definitely make me feel full & not uncomfortable !! I want to get the powder now & I noticed that they have meal replacements too !! You have to make sure & drink water right after you take them

that is so true !! kids used to be so active too, always outside, running around & now they're on the computer all the time

I was craving a bean burrito this afternoon & got a coffee with a shot of vanilla & cream it wasn't really the same but I saved a ton of calories !!! hopefully I can be that strong the next time

Just start small, 10 or 15 min. of exercise to start really, anything to start keep track of your water & every week try to drink more tackle your food issues slowly too you can do it :)

I haven't lost much, I'm still losing what I gained back at during Christmas but once I got back to it in Jan. I have increased my exercise min. each week. Last week was 6hrs.45min. of exercise time I measure in 2 weeks time & I expect to see a big difference
