Slim in 6-help

I've just got Slim and 6 workout program and I need some advice. I saw that there is only one start it up, ramp it up and burn it up, and I was wondering if I am going to do the for example the first week the same exercise of Start it up ; the next two Ramp it up and so on... thanks

    Each section is two weeks. And it works. The first time I did it I lost like 20lbs in the six weeks. I just need to get off my but and do it again. LOL

    Actually, you may find that you're ready to move on from Start It Up before the two weeks is up. You'd be surprised at how fast your muscles get used to it. I think I did Start it Up for only a week before moving on. Personally, I didn't like Burn it Up, so I just kept doing Ramp It Up. I know that's not how you're supposed to do it, but she took out the best exercises and replaced them with dumb stuff! (just my opinion, of course) ;-p

    I have it and I loved it! I never made it very far (because of my own laziness!), but the workouts are fun and have modifications so you don't have to kill yourself right out of the gate. Hmm... Must dig out those DVDs....

  • I love SI6! I think you can progress through them at your pace! I did the start it up for one day then went to ramp it up for 1 week and then did Burn it up for the rest of the time! I think you know your body best and when you feel comfortable moving on you will know! I think if you stick with it every day, no matter what DVD you are using you will see results! ~ Angie
  • I'm doing Slim in 6 now. Found a schedule on teambeachbody.com. It put me at one day start it up. rest of week run ramp it up. I like to turn the music OFF and put on Pandora since the music sucks. It's only been a week and a half for me and already my stomach seems like it's shrinking! :)

    You do start it up for 1 week ramp it it 2 and burn it up 3 weeks... Good luck it's a really good DVD set.

    I did end up starting it yesterday, I should log onto Beachbody today & get it logged in there
