I use the sweetened vanilla almond milk because it's sweet and tasty and can drink it plain and not feel nauseous. It's 90 calories per cup, just as much as skim milk. It's amazing in coffee! Only problem is the 16 grams of sugar.

Soda, tons. Probably a 2 liter a day. Didn't really even eat much just so much freaking soda my blood sugar was probably sky-rocketing :ohwell: haven't touched soda in almost two years though :flowerforyou:

Dark chocolate is delicious and if you were craving it and had a portioned amount why feel bad? Just log it and eat the rest of your calories for the day. There's no need to feel bad if it fits into your daily goal.

Healthy is thrown out the window for me on Christmas. We're making a breakfast casserole (Eggs,bacon,potatoes, the works) For dinner my moms making a turkey or a ham (with a brown sugar glaze) And the sides... just omg. Basically it's Thanksgiving dinner on Christmas. Desserts: Pies, cookies, and cheesecake bars :O
