My trainer had me do 3 sets of 10 on each side today...oh my word! I also had to do 30 Supermans, and what she calls penguins. Ouch!

I found some Dulce de Leche Cherrios at Wal-Mart...the serving size is 3/4 cup and it is 100 calories. I put them in a Zip-loc bag and snack on that. It tastes like caramel and satisfies the sweet. I agree with the apples, some frozen grapes, or sugar free Jello with fat free Cool Whip.

Add the water!!! It makes a huge difference. Also, add as much of the recipe as you can. It will show the veggies, and give you an estimate the calorie count. Logging makes all the difference!

I have gone on iTunes and looked at their Essential Workout Mixes...great stuff from 80's, 90's, Country, etc.
