I would ensure you eat as much as you need. Try to snack on vegetables when hungry. It'll come once you clean out your system from carbs/sugars/etc.

Common challenge. The Whole30 is a good way to start. I did it last year (lost 20 lbs) and started again today. Getting rid of your trigger foods helps as does have a variety of good snacks around the house (different vegetables, different nuts, etc.). Thanks for the input. I won't be drinking anything with calories (just water and green tea). I'm not wedded to 1200 calories, but that was fine last year on the Whole30. Getting rid of sugar, grains, dairy, and soy helps cut out lots of calories. I'll focus my eating on vegetables, lean meats, eggs, and nuts.

I did the Whole30 last July. For the first two weeks I didn't weigh in at all. Once I saw the results, I weighed myself daily. During the last two weeks, I generally lost weight daily or maintained the previous day's weight. Also my body fat % went down or stayed the same. I think it really depends on what you eat, but…
