have been slack at posting .. I am on Day 18 of level 3 (I skipped most of level one and part of level 2 as I was finding it not as challenging as I would have liked. Tomorrow is my day in my 30 day shred...

I am 5 lbs away from my "first" goal weight and 10 away from my "ultimate" weight. Fell free to add me as well. I have kicked up the morning fitness routine but need to keep my calories under control.

Day 2 of level 3 completed this morning. I began the shred late and only remained on level one for 3 days and level 2 for 8 days..so I am just two weeks in but on level 3. I was bored with level 2 and level one I did not find challenging enough. I think over the next two weeks I will concentrate on level 3 and throw in a…

I started level 3 today. Although I was only on Day 8 of level 2 I needed a change. I found the "cardio" portions a lot less cardio and more strength.

I did level one for only 3 days. I had started the program last year so knew that I could up it to level 2 quicker. I am going to stick on level two for the next couple weeks and do level 3 the last 10 days. I think it would only matter if you kept at level one for a prolonged period. Good Luck!

I am going to stick with doing the 30ds again but only 5 days per week. The other 2 days I will do her yoga meltdown. I have very limited time so I find the 30ds is only 30 minutes of my time from putting on my shoes to putting away the yoga mat ::wink:

I felt the same way so have been doing Jillian's yoga meltdown in the evenings. Not much cardio but lots of stretching and strength.

Good luck small fry. I have 3 small kids and get my workout after they are in bed. Not the most ideal time but I take what I can get .

L1D3 completed before lunch. Did a yoga meltdown DVD by Jillian last night as I anticipated I would be really sore today...and I am .. feels good but scared on how I will feel tomorrow. :(

Yoga Meltdown by Jillian Micheals is good. Gives you the Yoga poses and stretches plus adds a bit of fat burning without cardio. Just did it last night to loosen up from her 30 day shred DVD that I have been doing.

L1D1 completed this evening. Push ups on the knees, and weights dropped a few times to give my arm a break... but otherwise pleasantly surprised at how I did. I love the fact that each rep is short and sweet..and that the DVD is only 20 minutes long. No excuse not to fit it into daily life. :wink:
