I was on it after high school. It worked for me. People here say: "count calories, do the work" but they do not realize that it's not for everyone. Some people, like me for instance" cannot exercise. I kept the weight off except when I got pregnant. I lost 40 pounds in two months. It gave me the energy to make better…

How long did it take you? You look amazing!

Great job! It is better to eat more . . . I have learned if you try to eat less, you cheat more and it throws off the brilliant lifestyle change you want for yourself. Great job!

I started out at almost 260 after I had my daughter in January. I am still over 200. I am always willing to get help and give help! Add me if you still want a buddy! More the merrier! I'm 208 right now and 5'2". My goal is my PP weight of 137. Good luck!

I always tell myself that I will feel better afterwards than I do right now while taking a look at myself: the reason I am unhappy. I get motivated. It may sound crazy, but certain songs get me pumped to do everything! Good luck! Feel free to add me for motivation!

You've done something most people will or won't ever achieve. You should be proud of yourself! Every time I want to pig out, I tell myself: "You don't want that, really. What you really want is to be happy, and THAT food won't make you happy, and you deserve to be happy." (:

I can relate! But you can do it, no worries! And I found the key is to keep saying "I can do this" especially if you find yourself in the kitchen. It has been helping me so far! Add me as a friend if you need some inspiration daily!
