sorry to hear about your sister,but it is nice of you to run for her :) i am running a marathon in my city in September for breast cancer awareness so its nice to meet someone in the same boat!! i don't run...so running in this marathon will prove a lot to me :) I am currently at a weight loss stall though unfortunately :(

Student nurse here too with the exact same problem!! i just log it in as fast walking... or something like that,and give it maybe 2 or 3 solid hours...cause i only go on the wards 2.5 days a week and only for like 6 weeks at a time...so its exersize

yeah i guess if i stopped taking them and had not made any diet changes then i would just put back on all the weight! plus i did hear that alli does make your food literally fly out your backside :P so no thank you on that one :P thank you all so much for your support! i think having eachother is half the battle...<3

but if i changed my activity level that wouldnt account for the days i have off? so that wouldnt make any sense, i wouldnt be doing the same ammount of walking, lifting etc on a day off as i would at work...

i found the same!! well first things first, the higher the resistance,the more calories you do burn, because you need to work harder to get the same result if that makes sense? example...if you cycle a bike downhill,you are making the same actions with the peddels but it is not a lot of effort,whereas if you have to cycle…

you'd need to ask the restarunt that because it depends on soooo many things!! like what oil they cook it in and everything....the only people who can give you calorie count are the people making the food... and chinese is generally always high calories :P well in my experience anyway,cause its my weakness :P
