It's my birthday on Friday and reckon I will be waaaaaaay over my cals, So i'll be doing a nice long gym sesh in the morning and keeping to cals this week until then. Other than that I will be pigging out and drinking to my hearts content. its not healthy to worry yourself sick over it.

ha $20 is a lot to a student like me xD Nah joking I will get one definatley, and just in case, I have adjusted the calories to i used 50g. Still 314 cals is not too bad :) Thanks for the help!

well it was 3 hours of cleaning (half a building) plus walking there and back... the hrm I used does have a chest strap.

i have the same problem. my goal weight is around 8st but i can only ever get to 8st 12 then i gain again. takes ages to get back to 8st 12 then i gain again. feel like giving up sometimes.

each to their own and well done on deicding whats right for you. I however could never be vegan. I love meat, its natural and as long as I am happy with the source of my meat, i don't support cruel practices. organic and free range, but definatley a carnivore all the way :)

you lose the most at the start of any diet, its water retention most likely. when i was on weightwatchers I lost 10.5 pounds in 3 weeks but then started losing just 1 pound a week after that.

oh and the pushups are a nightmare my elbows crack and i can't do a single pushup just a few on my knees.. you can startby putting your feet elevated on some books or a small stool it helps you don't have to be able to do them right away.

You did the first half well done!! :) its such a hard dvd i'm doing it myself and i PROMISE it gets easier. even if it took you 10 days to manage the whole level 1 routine (it wont) you would STILL have improved your cardio, endurance and gained muscle. trust me after 30 days you WILL see a difference please don't get…

I would for that 1 day let myself have a couple hundred extra calories so 1400 or make sure i have "filling and healthy" foods such as gammon. gammon fills me right up and is so low in calories! any lean meats and pad out your veg! adding extra mushrooms, peas etc really fills those gaps!

your deficit is still 1200 a day if you burn 200 extra calories then eat 1400. your net is still 1200. if you burn 200 and only eat 1200 your net is 1000 and far too low. EAT YOUR CALORIES BACK!

I have been eating worse lately but exercising more so i dont feel bad/ go over calories. is there some more exercise you can do to give you a little extra leeway so your less likely to binge?

any loss is fantastic! its more important to lose steadily and keep it off than lose loads and see no change for weeks. it all balances out! Try not to eat out as much? exercise more so you can eat more?
