Hello, i'm wondering what I could put for high impact strength and cardo totallying 10 minutes on average (30 seconds on 30 seconds rest for 20 minutes). It's really intensive but just looking for a way to summarise as the excercises change each day. I can't speak by the end of it lol

I just got one! Apparently I burned nearly 800 calories this morning when i went in for a small cleaning shift I do 3 times a week. I have set mfp to sedentary and so should I eat these calories back ? Seems like an awful lot!
