I was overweight all throgh high school according to my BMI. And I was a toothpick back then.

I would go with not watching T.V. One thing I noticed on an earlier diet was how many fast food commercials there are. Add that in with any desert commercials and it can lead to disaster. Also I would recommend to just keep chugging water late at night. Won't really cure the craving so much as give you something zero cal.…

I go to the local 24 Hour Fitness clubs in L.A. Usually good eye candy. I'd say 8.5. Which sucks for me when lifting weights because I'm usually head down iPod on focused on my workout. But it's good for cardio because it makes the hour past just that much faster.
