I'm so excited. My goal is to get 3 miles in 5 days a week, totalling 60 miles for the month. I got 15 miles in this week and am at 53 miles for the month. This will be the first time I've met my monthly goal. I'm excited. Thank you all for the motivation and support.

Hey everyone. Glad to meet yoy all. I'm going to shoot for 60. Three miles five times per week. I did 5 from the ultimate 5-day plan today. That's 11 for the month, 49 to go.

I use the MFP app to run my reports, too. I wish they'd report exercise minutes for the year like they do weight. I'm going to suggest that.

My goal is to do 60 miles since I missed the first week of the challenge. I'm only up to 12 miles to date because I was sick the first few days of the challenge. I plan to make them up slow and steady though. Happy walking people. :wink:

That's the story of my life. I find that accountability partners helpful, even if it's just through social media. It also helps me to run reports on my exercise minutes. If I see I fell off, it motivates me. I'm trying to get healthy enough to reverse diabetes so I have to tell myself that if I don't find this special "me"…
