Good night everyone. I walked 3 miles using the Walk Slim DVD today. That makes 6 miles down for the month. I noticed Lesley is having a 21-day challenge that started today. Is anybody her doing it? The first week of workouts is on her blog if you're interested.
I wanted to walk outside today. It was dark as soon as I got home. I'm not going to enjoy daylight saving time.0 -

Today:
Tuesday: (11.4) 2 miles: Walk Slim Fast & Firm, miles 1& 4 which included the firm band workout (strength). And Firm 30 from Walk It Off in 30 Days using Weights for strength.

0 mini walks from Walk Blaster DVD.
My goal for November: I will walk a minimum of 2 DVD 'miles' or 30+ outside minutes at least 5 days a week and also focus on different ways to incorporate strength training, which is still a challenge b/c of the recent diagnosis of osteoarthritis with a loose ligament in my left thumb, and as the flexibility and mobility in my left wrist continues to return to normal as possible. Holding weights and using the firm band is a challenge that I shall continue to work on as I gain strength back.

Good morning Walkers. I went to the park this morning and half through my walk it started to rain. It was a cold rain...but you know how I love walking in the rain. LOL I stuck it out and managed to complete 6 miles. I am shivering cold but I feel great! I believe I am officially addicted to power walking.

Hi Ladies, You all seem to be having so much fun. I would like to jump in too! (rather, walk in) In for 50!
I live in Massachusetts, so I hear you about the cold and impending snow. I started
doing a 1 mile circuit at lunch powerwalking with a coworker for the past 20 days, but I need to step it up now. I have a set of Leslie's 30 day DVDs, and I always have an excuse not to do it. I think logging in with you all will help me stick to it and see some progress.
You are so inspiring! Thanks so much for the great posts.
