christchick7, I am so glad that you are here again! I missed you for sure. Gotta love that Blue Walk! I agree with zichab that those 4 pounds will melt off with getting back into exercise and feeling better .

Saturday (11.1) 4 miles: LS 4 Mile Weight Loss Walk Aerobics DVD (very oldie but goodie)
Sunday (11.2) 3.5+ hours hiking on primitive trails, walking on a paved nature trail, and walking, jogging, exercising and stretching on the fitness trail at the park with my DH.
Today:
Monday: (11.3) 2 miles: 2 Mile Walk Aerobic DVD (another oldie).
2 DVD miles.
0 outdoor minutes.
0 mini walks from Walk Blaster DVD.
My goal for November: I will walk a minimum of 2 DVD 'miles' or 30+ outside minutes at least 5 days a week and also focus on different ways to incorporate strength training, which is still a challenge b/c of the recent diagnosis of osteoarthritis with a loose ligament in my left thumb, and as the flexibility and mobility in my left wrist continues to return to normal as possible. Holding weights and using the firm band is a challenge that I shall continue to work on as I gain strength back.

Good night everyone. I walked 3 miles using the Walk Slim DVD today. That makes 6 miles down for the month. I noticed Lesley is having a 21-day challenge that started today. Is anybody her doing it? The first week of workouts is on her blog if you're interested.
I wanted to walk outside today. It was dark as soon as I got home. I'm not going to enjoy daylight saving time.0 -

Tuesday: (11.4) 2 miles: Walk Slim Fast & Firm, miles 1& 4 which included the firm band workout (strength). And Firm 30 from Walk It Off in 30 Days using Weights for strength.
