Good morning Walkers. I woke up and it was 60 degrees outside. I laced up and headed out the door. The temperature is to drop 20 degrees by noon. I walked in 20 mile an hour winds and completed 6 miles. It was exhilarating but my legs are sore.

I am back off holiday so I am bringing this up to date.

Thank you PinkyPan1 and Ann. I had no idea how far I would walk. Some days were better than others. We walked into the towns wherever the ship docked and some towns were much nearer than others.
Anyway, today I walked 4.73 miles making a total of 120.21. Not very good yet but still suffering jet lag and do not want to do much until I feel back to normal. I find the older I get the longer it takes to recover.0 -
