Wednesday: (11.12) 1mile- Miracle Mile, Walk Aerobics, & the Floor Work segment.
1 DVD miles.
65 outdoor minutes.
0 mini walks from Walk Blaster DVD.
My goal for November: I will walk a minimum of 2 DVD 'miles' or 30+ outside minutes at least 5 days a week and also focus on different ways to incorporate strength training, which is still a challenge b/c of the recent diagnosis of osteoarthritis with a loose ligament in my left thumb, and as the flexibility and mobility in my left wrist continues to return to normal as possible. Holding weights and using the firm band is a challenge that I shall continue to work on as I gain strength back.

Thanks AnnofB and Texasgardnr-It has been a long 2 years, but it took me over 15 years to gain all those pounds, so I guess 2 years is not all that long in the scheme of things. It feels good to be back to my normal size! However, fashion changed a lot in 15 years so I needed all new clothes! :laugh:
On another note, Leslie took all of her videos off YouTube. It is going to be very hard to get new people interested in her anymore and that is sad. Thank goodness we all found her early on!

hi all. I am also new to this group. Been doing leslie for about a month wanting to lose 10lbs. So far this month I have done only 11 miles since Nov 1st. I have 2 DVD's I use, but might look into others. I use the 7 workouts one and the burn body fat and sculpt your arms. I have 5 really big miles with the band but I hate it. lol0

Congrats not only your weight loss but needing new clothes! What an amazing achievement!
I was shocked that Leslie's videos off youtube. I had several saved in my emails that I frequently use and when I tried to watch them Youtube advised me that they were deleted. WHY???? Thank goodness she still has a selection on her website that I can still use. I only own one box set and I actually prefer some of the older videos.

11 miles is good. Any miles are good.
I have to say I have a ton of Leslie's workouts but I did not get 5 Really Big Miles. It just didn't appeal to me.

I kind of went off the rails this week...lol. I helped my mom and sister move a big honkin' refrigerator last Sunday and had every muscle in my legs and arms sore as can be. I didn't get any walking in this week, but I am going to start again today since I'm not sore anymore.
On the bright side, I did lose 2.6 pounds since Nov 1, so that made my day!
LOL, losing weight while moving-that's the only redeeming quality about moving, isn't it? 2.6 lbs slayed. WTG.

Pinky-Usually things are taken of You Tube for copyright infringement, but most of those videos have been there for over 2 years and most are very old. It is not like they are going to make much money on them A while ago, someone put up Walking to the Hits and I could understand WAH for exercising their copyrights over that one as it was brand new. If it were not for those videos, I would not have the collection of her DVDs I have now. It was good advertising for her. Oh well. I went to her website, but did not see any of her videos there except to purchase.
