Thanks everyone. I'm normally pretty calm about weight gain/loss esp when they aren't too much but I've been stuck at 164 lbs for a month now and when my body fat % increased this morning I freaked out. I'll keep working hard and hopefully this scale will budge!

Thought a little info would help. I am 28. I currently follow T-25 workouts. Started that a week ago. Prior to that I finished fitness blenders low impact 4 week weight loss program. And prior to that I was doing a combo of Bikram yoga and cardio workouts including the elliptical. I am currently 164 lbs (been here for a…

Hey love. I've never had an IUD but clots aren't an issue. I would see a doctor ASAP to both ease your mind and assure that everything's alright. Take care! <3

Anywhere from 30-120 mins. Depending on what I'm doing. Strength training usually about 30 mins along with walks which range from 30-60 mins. On days with yoga... About 120 mins since yoga class is 90 mins.

I've noticed that the days I eat properly and when I'm hungry I don't feel like binging. I eat when I'm hungry. And I drink a ton of water. I DO however have days when I feel like grabbing a meal at a fast food joint but I stop myself and find healthy alternatives. If you still feel hungry after eating 5 small meals daily…

Great commitments! One day and one step at a time and you will change the "bad" habits into good ones. I have started making monthly goals, not just weight wise, but things I want to achieve in that month. I also make weekly goals. This week, my goal is to add a piece of fruit to at all 3 meals. I intend to start that…

I've tried both Chobani and Fage and personally prefer Fage. It is smoother and less "chalky" to me. I've always tried many other "Greek style" yogurts, however, from I believe Fage is the BEST! :)
