1. Exercise Daily, swimming or Yoga - Just Do it
2. Enjoying more Grilled and Roasted Vegetables and adding More Fruits and vegetable to Diet
3. Adding more Proteins to reach my daily protein goals
4. No Fry, No Sugar
5. Tracking Everything, its such an eye Opener
6. and Sleep for at least 7 hours (i used to sleep only for 4-5 hours, leaving me exhausted, refilling my coffee cups and looking tired) sleep is a very important factor for healthy living

Great commitments! One day and one step at a time and you will change the "bad" habits into good ones. I have started making monthly goals, not just weight wise, but things I want to achieve in that month. I also make weekly goals. This week, my goal is to add a piece of fruit to at all 3 meals. I intend to start that tomorrow since I just made the goal
