I'm a busy working mom so struggle with this, too. I try to take regular food and make it healthy so we can all enjoy. Fish (tilapia)...fish tacos for kids, no taco shell for me. Taco salads (beef or chicken)...shrimp fajitas (I make it a salad without the tortilla and no salad dressing, just salsa)...turkey meatloaf and…

You look great and should be very pleased with your results! I have done her plan too but very inconsistently so I am ready to do the entire 30 days! Thanks for the motivation. :)

I love big salads as I don't like sandwiches. Sometimes I go to restaurant websites and get ideas from their salads but some of my favorites are: -romaine, cherry tomatoes, cukes, onion, steak and blue cheese with ranch or vinegrette -romaine, chicken, onions, tomatoes, cukes, feta cheese and Greek dressing -romaine,…

You look great and should be proud of your success! I am 5'5" and weigh 120lbs. I lost 5 lbs using MFP. I am similar to you in that I still feel "heavy" and I know it's ridiculous. I am now focused on maintaining this weight by tracking and using this community for motivation and toning. I don't go to the gym and just do…

I have always had blood sugar issues but never knew what it was...I now know that I need to stick to a high protein diet. Nothing else seems to work...give me a white bagel for breakfast and I am back to sleep! Give me an egg white scramble with cheese and I am good to go!

In order for my blood sugar to stay stable and to stay thinner, I eat low carbs. Not sure if this is what you are asking but here is what I eat...in general...egg white scrambles with turkey bacon and feta, lunch is salad with ahi tuna or shrimp, dinner may be salmon and tomatoes with blue cheese...zucchini…

I lost my baby weight by taking my twins on an hour walk every day after nap...several years later I still walk but in the morning before they get up. But I do understand its difficult! Just got to fit it in when you can. :)

You have to figure out what works best for you...most folks I know who've done it, gain the weight back because they start eating food again. Personally, I use protein shakes for my snacks or in lieu of my nightly ice-cream!

My crockpot is on as I type...3 chicken breasts and half a packet of low sodium taco seasoning. I will shred it and put it in high fiber/low carb tortillas with beans, lettuce and salsa...can't wait! Smells delicious!

Potato chips, fries and regular ice-cream (every night)...if I eat high protein and limit the other stuff I'm good!!

Last night was filet, scallops and green beans. This morning's breakfast was egg white scramble with turkey sausage, veggies and feta cheese. Tonight, I am fooling the family :) by making spaghetti squash in place of pasta, homemade meatballs and sauce. Great post!

You look great...anything else will be bonus!!

This is a great post...I love new ideas. I am 45 and just wanted to lose about 5 lbs...now working on toning and maintaining. Breakfast is usually 1/2 whole wheat bagel thin with a bit of light cream cheese and small cup of coffee. I then go for 45 minute walk at a good pace. Come home and have a small protein shake with…

WAY TO GO!!! You look amazing!!!

I have poured over the message boards to understand this concept and now it makes sense....I didn't fully understand how the mfp calculated it to begin with...thank you!!

It's the weight you feel most confident in! I am 5.5 and hovered at 130-140 for years...I felt fine. I then had twins and 8 years later weigh around 123. I would love to be 118 but it is great dedication and it takes a great deal of effort to stay under 125...you just have to find your "happy weight" and enjoy life!
