Made these last night. They were a huge hit! I'll be making them frequently!

Fish Tacos

6 oz Mahi Mahi
1 Lime
1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Olive oil
2 tsp chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper
2 TBS Fat Free Yogurt
2 TBS Sour Cream
2 TBS Light Mayo
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp dill
4 Flour Tortillas (soft taco size)
1 cup Shredded cabbage
Pico De Gallo

Combine ½ lime juice, garlic, olive oil, 1 tsp cilantro, salt and pepper. Marinate Mahi Mahi in this for approx. 15 minutes

Combine balance of lime juice, cilantro, yogurt, sour cream, Mayo, cumin, and dill and set aside.

Grill Mahi Mahi either on a George Foreman or outside grill until opaque. Slice fish.

Put grilled fish, cabbage, sauce and pico de gallo on tortilla.

Serves 2.
