I reward myself with a chocolate protein shake with a banana and 1 % milk in a blender and it's like my dessert for the day it's delish, but i only drink them if i exercise that day, so therefore it's my reward only if I exercise. I use GNC 100% whey protein powder.

I have a cut off time of 3 hours before I go to bed, but thats my preference. :)

When I did the 30 day shred last month I was also on here counting calories and I lost a total of 12 pounds in a month. Good Luck!!! It will kick your butt :-D in a good way
