@carebear: Yesssssss!!!! u will be very satisfied with it. It gives your body a starter kick to loose so many inches. I mean ALOT. I have lost so much just doing the 30 minutes of yoga than 1 hour of kickboxing, yea i know it sounds crazy but so true.

that is exacly whay happend to me i moved and then the belt busted. It ended up chepper to buy a new tredmill that replacing the belt.

i agree with chevy 100%...I was on a roll in the begining and then was on a stand still for a about 1 month and 1/2. it was such a disapointment and very frustrating for me. i didn't loose anything for about 1 month and 1/2 ,totally on a stand still. But what was litteraly falling off was inches alot of inches. Then all of a sudden the scale started moving like crazy every week. Patience i think you are loosing inches keep doing what your doing the scale will start to kick in once…

Thank you so much "SUNJENK" for the link to this blog. It made me feel soo soo much better. I could not believe what i was reading. I mean for me to try on my own size 10 and 9 jeans that were sitting in the back of my closet and realizing that they fit, should tell me that even tho im not loosing weight i am loosing…

I totally know what you mean... I had a really bad cold a few months ago, but i felt soo guilty for not exercising so what i did was take long walks until i felt better to really start working out again. After my walks i didnt feel as bad couse i had pushed my self to do something.... Hope this helps..:ohwell:
