So i lost 40 pounds in just three months after starting to work out daily 30-60 min and eat the right foods and counting calories.
Anyways its been another three months and i work out 60 min a day and i feel i eat pretty healthy nothing really changed if anything i been doing better.
I been told the first amount of weight you loose is the easiest then its hard after that. I know i had a lot of water retention but seriously i should be closer to my goal weight by now!!
Im not giving up. I just want ideas on what i should do. I have upped my work outs to the point where i sweat and i joined MFP so i guess its a waiting game now on more weight loss
I WEIGHED MYSELF RECENTLY AND LOST ONLY 2 POUNDS IN ANOTHER THREE MONTHS!!! SADDD

Your food diary isn't public, so I can't comment on your food.
It may be time to switch up your workout and what you're eating. Our bodies adapt very well to what we do and when they adapt - well, they stop losing weight as quickly. Best way to get it moving again? Switch things up. Do a different workout routine, zig zag your calories and sometimes? Well, sometimes it is our body's way of saying "Hey! I need a break". When I was losing weight, I used to take an entire week off from the gym every 4-6 weeks. It was hard and I was always scared when I did it, but every single time I did it? I lost weight. On those weeks, I was VERY careful with my food but didn't workout. Our bodies need time to rest, relax and repair themselves from the hard workouts we put them through. When we allow them to rest, they repay us by losing weight.0 -
i agree with chevy 100%...I was on a roll in the begining and then was on a stand still for a about 1 month and 1/2. it was such a disapointment and very frustrating for me. But then i took the same advive chevy is giving to you, ofcourse from a different MFP friend. I changed my workout, and a started zig zagging my calories. One day i would go over by 3 hundred and the next day i would stick with my regular intake. And just like that WaLa!!!!!! 2 weeks later i lost 4 punds all at once. And the inches just started melting away. Dont give up just try different solutions to make it work...GOODLUCK!!!!!0
