How many ladies wear their spanx or some kind of support when they work out??? I know I do!!!!! lol I don't want anything to move around more than what I am moving! lol

    Lol I dont but good idea. I love spanx for a night out. Literally looks like i've dropped a dress where it smooths everything out :laugh:

    depending on the activity(loads of jumping) id have have to wear a support!i have way too many floppy bits now :embarassed: lets leave it like that!!!! lol

    I wear them all the time when i do zumba. I figure if im going ot wear them out to go dancing why not in zumba too!! It makes me feel better about myself. I dont feel like if the person next to me is watching me move 5 seconds after we stopped!! lol
