While I could be wrong of the OP intentions...I don’t think she necessarily wants to starve herself and drink lemon juice with cayenne pepper! I too am wondering what I can do for a "cleanse" but I don't necessarily mean starving and drinking only liquids or other BS like that… I am more thinking cutting out things like…

I have been at this weight loss thing for a couple years now but not fully dedicated until the last 6 months or so. And there have been many times that I stall or feel like I am going nowhere even with busting my butt!!! 1 thing someone here told me and it really stuck with me is when you cut your calories down so low…

Thanks everyone!! I have been trying to be very good this week!!! And FINALLY I have broken past the point I couldnt get past for SO LONG! I have officially lost 1 lb. this week and am on my way down to the 140's!! Gotta keep kicking butt! This weekend will be a HUGE test for me! We are moving, remodeling and will be…

Great point! I did tell my doctor I have to pee non stop and feel as if I'm peeing my prenatal vitamin right out!!!

I'm actually on a non-hormonal IUD that is getting removed tomorrow and my date of ovulation is 3 wks away. Sry didn't wanna get all into the details in the original post. I know it's not 100% I conceive right away but I have met with my OBGYN recently who says we should have no problem after she did a little test thingy…

Yeah I realize 15 lbs is impossible. Just really want to lose as much as possible within healthy. I don't have my diary open because I don't log 100% and it would just confuse people. I eat mostly the same stuff daily and most is measured already. Pre-made protein shakes, prepackaged chicken breast, pre-packaged frozen…

Cant say anything for Morena except my doctor suggested it for my next form of BC. 2.5 years ago I got paragard and I LOVE IT! It does create heavy and more painful cramps but I had the before too and its really not any different and its nothing I cant handle. There were months the 1st year that were VERY heavy but it has…

Thanks ladies! I really appreciate your responses!! I do plan to meet with a doctor about it, and have been reading tons, but also feel those here understand us more and don't cringe when you mention "counting calories" when pregnant... Can an average OBGYN help with that or do I need a nutritionist I wonder?? I definitely…

Was called morbidly obese by the docs although I didn’t feel it. Was 190ish at 5’2. Until recently had been a HUGE junk food person who loved fast food. Lost 30 lbs approx at 157 now but wanted to get to 140 before we started “trying”. Most days are over 1000 but usually just at 1300 and I wanted to be at least 1400… There…

Thank you Walter! That is exactly what I am afraid of…Growing bored like I have time and time again.. I have been at this now for maybe a year but the last 6 months a lot more seriously and since taking it seriously have lost over 30 lbs… This time is different the others and I have stayed motivated the whole time but like…

Are you eating enough calories? Too little and you will not lose! Also, have you tried a cheat meal? It can help...

Also in regard to my experience with birth control (pill) I NEVER once took the 4th week of pills (sugar pills) since they have ZERO hormones and are meant to just keep you on track of taking a pill daily...But can you imagine how much more weight I would have gained by taking the sugar pills to? Just the regular pills…

Haven't read everything on this post yet... But did want to mention that I was on the pill (hormonal birth control) for 8 years (since I was 16) and finally got off and switched to a NO HORMONE IUD and since then have lost over 30 lbs in a little over a year with no major life changes... with the exception I do eat a…

Few suggestions that come to mind... 1. Drink LOTS of water with dinner 2. Protein Shake in evening or LOTS of protein/veggies with dinner to fill you up 3. Get healthy snacks so you CAN snack at night 4. Motivational pics 5. Enter the "snacks" into your diary so you see how bad it effects your #'s prior to eating it 6.…

Thank you everyone, your feedback is very helpful!! I think I will just switch off and do a combination of both.. I have my diet pretty much on point and probably better then it ever has been this past 2 weeks and since changing to Strength for the first time ever I have seen the least weight loss I've had in a while and…

I started 30DS last night after taking a month break from working out due to a back injury and boy I wanted to stop a few times...lol but kept on truckin...it kicked my butt and definitely gave me a good workout. I'm a little sore today when I use my muscles but nothing awful, it's more like I know I did a good workout…

I am. Had a start weight of 190 and am currently 159. Really trying to get to at least 140 before trying although I don't know if it's possible as I plan to have a IUD removed in about a month.. I've never been as committed as I am now so I am hoping to lose as much as possible in the next month and am starting 30 day…

What is the 30 day shred? I REALLY want to do it!!

Coming from another young person who LOVES food and literally wants to cry every night when I cant have taco bell what you are doing is NOT good... It can be deadly eating like that!! I too am one who would like to eat as little as 700-800 calories a day and for what? To only make myself fail because I was depriving…

Tell him you will take it a day at a time and stop when you think you are where you want to be... Tell him your not stuck on being that # but that its the # you are focusing on until you achieve that goal you are happy with!!

Thanks for the feedback guys! Really appreciate it!! Idk why I assumed I'd gain 50 lbs but I think it's because all the people I know who have been pregnant didn't care for their health and ate poorly with no exercise so of course they gained 50+ lbs! I feel that I am getting used to being healthy and the cravings have…
