we have similar in the UK and although I have never had the flu I think ts more to do with protecting patients and service users from you which makes sense. I have been doing this the past 4 weeks. I set m goal just over my BMR and eat my exercise cals back. There are times I cant as I do mountain biking which burns 1600 or more cals in one session but I try to over 7 days make sure my net cals are over my BMR. I still get confused about this too. Im trying to eat between my BMR 1678 and my TDEE 2517. But I burn anything from 500- 1100 cals in exercise. For instance today I burned 974 cals mountain biking ( I have a HRM) so I set my goal at 1678 and eat back exercise cals but this can be really hard when its such a high cal burn.…

I love the Hairy Bikers!!! I made he skinny lasagne - but made it with quorn mince( I don't eat beef) which made it even less calories. I think they had some great ideas.
