omg 6! really? were you really that hungry or did you eat them because they were there? maybe cook smaller amounts that way you can't over eat. increase your exercise or just go for a good walk. don't get down on yourself! you CAN do it!

I followed the recipe exactly as its posted. It was horrible and unedible! I think the curry measurement is off by a mile! Maybe you mean .25 of a teaspoon of curry?

If you dont have cupcakes around then you wont spoil your diet. Lol. I eat in the middle of the night as well. Super bad habit and Ive done it for years. Maybe try a granola bar or fat free pudding. Satisfying and not hard on the diet.

I am also on a 1200 calorie diet and 25 to 30grams a day fat. What I found works the best for me is to ALWAYS eat breakfast and drink a bottle or two of water before each meal. Im pretty new to eating healty and trying to reduce my weight but I thought a good carb helped to increase your metabolism and a bad carb slowed down your metabolism. Pastas are bad, breads, cookies, cakes and white rice is also bad. Brown rice is good and yams are good also. I dont know about the whole wheat pita pocket
