@ladycopnh1 I think weekly weigh-ins are a great idea. To get ready for Jan 1st I'm currently drinking more water, getting back in the habit of logging my meals and (gasp) preparing to cook my own meals more. ;)

I'm 4b/4c Hair typing is useful when you are trying to figure which products will work on your hair. I use and LOVE original moxie. It's the only line that keeps my dry hair soft. I also co-wash with Yes to Carrots. I'm still looking for a good deep conditioner. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Congratulations! I think you will love it. I've been natural since 2006. Now, I'm trying to wear protective hair styles so I can retain length. YouTube and the various blogs (curly nikki etc) provide a wealth of info for maintaining a healthy head of hair. I want to try henna next but I need to do some more research.
