I finished the C25K program. Scale didn't really move but my clothes fit differently. I am pretty proud of myself that I completed it!

I just recently discovered I can't drink protein powder. It makes me very bloated and almost wanting to double over. I get protein from just meat. I may have to try the gluten free thing as well as I still get bloated but not as much as I did when drinking the protein powder.

I did week five last week. I was freaked out too but I made it the 20 minutes, just about puked but I made it! I tried to focus on each song and not look at the time on the treadmill.

I am on week five and will do workout three tonight. I am nervous I won't be able to make the 20 minutes but I'm going to give it a shot! Congrats to you!

I am on week four as well. It was a killer but I am pretty proud that I made it through the first day. Doing the second workout tonight so I figure if I did it once I can do it again tonight. Stay with it!

I just started this week. That one minute of jogging goes much faster than the minute and a half of walking. I used a treadmill and my legs feel great!

I work full time with three kids. I always got up very early and did it before work.

I have it and didn't get results from it. I don't think a 10 minutes work out is going to do anything for you, but that's my opinion.

I agree with all of these comments. I didn't understand why they didn't do some type of exercise either. I like the show but not a fan of the therapy. I think addiction to food is the hardest addiction. You can live without drugs, booze and tobacco but you need food to live. Just my thoughts.

Me too! I get up at 5:00 a.m. to work out. I like the quiet time in the morning.

I'm in. I'm 45 and need to lose 20. As we age the weight will creep up on you if you don't watch it daily. Ugh.

I have been doing it since June and actually gained 10 pounds. I didn't follow the diet. I just bought the cardio Tae Bo dvd and do that three days a week and then do a 30 minute LMP the other two days. I need more cardio to burn fat. I have three boys. With my first I gained 63 pounds - he was 8 pounds 9 ounces. Second one I put on 67 and he was 9 pounds. Third I put on 54 pounds and he was 8 pounds 14 ounces. Took me about 8-12 months to lose the weight.

I don't like either Lee or Levis. I do love Miss Me Jeans! They make a 45 year old but look like a 25 year old butt! They are pricey but well worth the money.

I tell my sons women can do anything a man can do and we can have babies too! lol Then they say yea but you can't pee standing up and I say we can but it will dribble down our leg. ha ha!!! :laugh:

I have it and love it! I do it three times a week by alternating the two dvd's that are 55 minutes each. I notice my arms are more cut. I do cardio twice a week as well.
