10 minute trainer

Has anyone tried or is anyone doing the 10 minute trainer? I'm thinking about getting it and was wondering if anyone has had good results with it.

    I have it and didn't get results from it. I don't think a 10 minutes work out is going to do anything for you, but that's my opinion.

    It is a surprisingly good workout, but I found that in order to see results, you really need to stack the workouts, or do something else along with it (like go for a walk or a run. I did and do really like the series though. When I first started getting back into shape, I just did 1 10-minute work out a day first thing in the morning and after a couple weeks, I started doing 2 and then 3 and then added in a mid day walk or run. I definitely got stronger and thinner and even though I don't use it on a regular basis, I do go back to it now and then when I'm really short on time.

    Thank you both! I just had a baby 3 months ago and I'm looking for something I can do quickly and feel like I did something. I also wanted structure with different options. It's so hard to find 30+ minutes in a day now.

    thank you those who responded I was thinking about getting that routine dvd set and wondered if it really helped or not. I am one who has very little time in my life. Too much commuting on a bus.

    If you are doing nothing right now, then a good solid 10 minutes is an improvement. If you can eventually stack it, all the better. If its 10 minutes at first 'nap time' and 10 minutes at 3rd nap time, you'll see even greater results.

    If someone has been working out 30 minutes a day 4 days a week and they switch to 10 minutes, well you're not going to see results (you may see maintenance)

    10 minutes is a good start for your insides to be more healthy!
