@ Saint 84 I don't use a pull up bar. I use the bands and they hook onto any door. He shows you how to use the bands for all the exercises. You can also use the bands instead of weights too. All you need are set of dumbells and your good to go. I have them in two different sizes. Its a great work out program. Good luck!…

Thank you so much I made a cake for the family tonight and they loved it. I couldn't find the chocolate soda, but I just used a diet coke and it tasted good. The best part was I didn't feel guilty about having a piece of cake. :happy:

Its nice knowing I am not the only one who is struggling to get the baby weight off. My youngest is about to turn 1, so I am out of excuses. This site is great, so we can all help each other stay motivated and on track toward our goal weight.:bigsmile:
