I don't know where you are. But see if you have something called Breakout Bra's near you. They are awesome and have some seriously sexy styles. I'm a 42 FF and I can always find things. You would be better off going to a proper bra boutique to get fitted. Plus they show you the proper fit, meaning when you do the shimmy…

Theres one that if you are a harry potter fan you should watch. Blow Dry (has Snape in a role you'll have to do a double take you won't believe it's him!)
-
It can. Plus it's not good for your blood pressure and can even make you sick. Maybe try using exercise to work through the stress?

How about carrying around a 9 month old. Trying to change a 9 month old's diaper that has discovered the joy of crawling and wants nothing to do with the process. (Those that have been there will know how much of a sweat you work up). and my favourite! SHOPPING! Come on, undressing burns something like 9 calories. There…

Step One: FORGIVE YOURSELF You won't be able to move on till you do that. Step Two: Stop and think about how you are approaching food. You seem to be approaching it as the thing that made you (in your eyes fat (btw you look beautiful in your picture in my opinion)). It didn't. It is the amount and type that you ate. Food…

I would take a test. I got pregnant while using birth control, super sperm! And light spotting can be implantation bleeding. Just get an early detection test and to be safe, get a two pack and test again if you go more than a week or two late.

I know just how you feel! Ever since I had my son my TOM have been killer. The last thing I want to do when dealing with such bad cramps is exercise. But I know from experience that certain ones, especially with a good amount of stretching and lots of water actually make the cramps a bit better. But the actually getting up…

Maybe it is taking into account the jumping jacks and how they get your heart going really fast? If you have a heart rate monitor I'd test it out. But it doesn't seem like a very well rounded workout to me.

You can do this! All it takes is hard work and putting your needs closer to the front of the line, I know it's hard when you have kids. But remember it's for them too! So you'll be around.

Since I don't need the stress of dealing with people that insist on arguing.

Here is an awesome thread that helped me a lot. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

I didn't read all of the replies so I don't know if this was brought up but ... do you ever plan to have children. Cause it is not safe to have children after the surgery. The baby won't get the nutrition it needs. Think this through a lot. Plus it is not a guarantee, you can gain the weight back. Your stomach can stretch…

My opinion is you would be MUCH healthier dropping your boyfriend. The guy you are with should think you are beautiful, special, lovely and damn well perfect just the way you are, no matter what the numbers are. Now, about the pictures. I agree with most posters. The first is my favourite of you. You look comfortable and…

HI! Look up eat more to lose more. There are some things about eating more to get your system to get going again aannnddddd ... here is an AWESOME thread. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12 Good luck. I personally would say to eat 1600 at least since you are doing so…

OH how I would LOVE to have them smaller. Even before my pregnancy my doctor wanted me to get them shrinked cause they were causing so much back pain, but I weighed too much for the surgery. Now I am a 42 FF, do you have any idea how hard it is to find that size! ONE FRICKEN STORE! LOL. My giddy thought is to be able to go…

WOW Your face looks sooooo different and you can definitely tell in your belly and legs. Great job!

I was recommended for the surgery. I sat through the orientation but knew within 10 minutes I wouldn't do it. It is NOT safe to have children after. The child will not get the nutrition it needs if you have the surgery. Thank God I didn't do it or I wouldn't have my precious boy.

Links don't work, but awesome job! And I am sure there is a HUGE difference.

I'm making sure I have mini goals throughout. Soon as I hit the 200's I am getting a few new cd's to workout too. 275 will be a fitbit. 250 getting my hair all done (something I haven't done since I found out I was pregnant over a year ago and I am in dire need). But my BIG goal, when I finally hit my overall goal weight,…

Hard to say anything if your diary isn't open hun.

I just did day 2 level 1 this morning. Trying to do them first thing in the morning. Taking pictures each week but also doing measurements since I was told that's the best way to see the progress with this video.

Honestly ... LOL I just make the standard Aunt Jemina pancakes, add in some blue berries and banana (makes it taste like a banana muffin!) With low calorie Mrs. Buttersworth. I just plan my day ahead of time so I know I have enough room for two good size pancakes. With the extra veggies on top it is very filling. Sorry,…

I finally got to start it today. Tried it last year but got hurt after two days falling on my knee and couldn't continue. So I actually knew what I was in for but I still cursed her the whole time ... starting four minutes in. I measured myself a couple days ago and plan on doing it every ten days, along with taking…

It isn't always as easy to just throw it away or to stop doing it. When you have OCD or are addicted to something it can actually be physically painful to do something different or force the change. I know from experience. Maybe talk to your Mom, if she is supportive and get her to help you. And I would suggest if this…

Maybe try getting a footlocker or a lockable box big enough for it and give the key to your parents and make sure they don't give it to you? I have my under towels in the linen closet. Out of sight, out of mind.

Just because people aren't telling you what you want to hear doesn't mean we aren't supporting you. We are supporting you by telling you you need to eat more to stay healthy with that much exercise. Try a protein shake before and after your swim. You need to fuel your body or you are going to get sick and no one wants…

I don't think 1200 is enough, especially with the workouts. You need to eat enough to fuel your body. I tried going to 1200-1300 and got really sick, sick to the point I couldn't take care of my son. I upped it back to just below what MFP suggests, I feel great and I am still losing.

One thing I read that Bob Harper suggests, and actually makes sense with studies I have seen done. Eat on a smaller plate. It makes your mind think you are actually eating more.

LOL, ok, I just know with this database sometimes it is easy to underestimate. My poor family has my pieces of scattered paper all over the house from my math. I heard that 1200 is the cut off. I know I was doing 1300, stupid me readjusted the suggested number and I ended up pretty sick for a couple of days. My suggestion,…
