I eat back most of mine. I'm a pretty avid biker (and a very reluctant jogger), and I've found that if I don't consistently eat back my exercise calories I can't perform as well when I bike or jog.

One cup of coffee isn't going to kill you, especially if you're not dousing it in sugar and cream :). A little caffeine is good for metabolism anyway. Personally, I'm willing to kill people if I don't get my two cups of green tea a day...

I am a HUGE fan of Halloween, AKA National Come-As-You-Aren't Day :). Usually my friends and I do a theme and coordinate costumes. Our best effort was when about eight of us dressed us as characters for Mortal Kombat, but I think we'll have that beat this year (we're doing Archer this year).

Is there any chance you can sneak in a work out prior to dinner? That way you get more calories. If not, a 3 oz chicken breast is about 140 calories. That and steamed veggies should keep you at your goal.

This happens in my office too! Someone bought pizza for us today, and I had about six people ask me why I wasn't eating pizza. I had to go into the breakroom, pretend like I was going to eat pizza, and then sneak off before anyone noticed. Then I had to eat my sandwich in secret :P.
