Take a look at www.mrspice.com. They have several sauces that contain no sodium and decent caloric content. My favorites are honey barbecue, steak and garlic, and honey mustard.

I have done it about every day for over 17 months. Having said that, you should probably be properly monitored by a doctor. That is what I did to be sure I wasn't hurting myself. The advice about the protein is solid. You have to be careful about losing muscle. I lost muscle but it was more related to a hernia that…

Regarding my activity level, I started on my lifestyle change (never refer to it as a diet) in July 2012. I joined a fitness center on December 24, 2012. I concentrated mainly on cardio because of a hernia. I began logging my miles on a stationary recumbent bike in March 2013. Since that time I have logged over 1800 mile…

Hello, I did 1,000-1,200 for 17 months with good results. Initially, I visited my doctor every 30 days and he did blood labs about every 60-90 days. You can read more about what I did on my profile. I didn't have a problem with that caloric intake and felt good the whole time. Best wishes with whatever you decide to do.

I have been eating 1200 or less for over 16 months and I am 6'3" tall. I never eat back my exercise calories. I am doing just fine on those calories. That question usually stirs up the controversy.
