If you are determined to use the treadmill then you'll either need to change your speed, distance or incline to improve. I used to put a spoonful of mayonnaise in with my chicken salad for lunch, but for about the same calories but less fat and more protein I now add about 80g of cottage cheese instead. And I love it :-)

This has worked for me - set at sedentary and wearing a tracker (Fitbit and now Forerunner) but assuming they over estimate slightly.

I had this recently; I disconnected MFP from Garmin then reconnected and it's been good ever since. Takes a while to sync though, and can need told to do it a couple of times...
