These before and after's are hard to imagine and inspire me daily! Great job!

You can only change yourself, not anyone else. You are responsible for you, they are responsible for themselves.

A-MAZING!

Good for you! LOVE that feeling of success :)

I've used Leslie's workouts at home for the past 9 years and love them. I now get them from WalkTV and download them to my laptop. Now she's in any room I want her to be ;) Glad you like her too...you'll have much success!

Ditto on the T3. I never felt "good" until I insisted on adding Cytomel to my Levoxyl. Many years ago it was difficult to find a doctor to prescribe it, but I think it's more common now.

I too, weigh daily. It serves to motivate me one way or the other. If it's up, it spurs me on to focus harder. If it's down, it motivates me to continue on. I also know that there are many reasons for fluctuations and don't let it affect my ultimate goal.

Adding my kudos here on a job well done! These before and after photos inspire me daily!

With a divorce after 30 years of marriage, I found myself stress eating to cope and weighing the most I've ever weighed in my life. After 3 years and much soul searching, I've begun to put "me" on the top of my "To Do" list. I'm down 10 of the 70 I AM GOING to lose and your story has been saved to my favorites so that I…

I can not tell you how inspirational or how much I needed to read this thread today. I am 50 "something" with a couple of health issues, 2 of which are weight related and my first priority for losing. Since I'm good at starting, but not staying, I think somewhere subconciously I use my health issues and age, as an excuse.…

I had previously lost 45 pounds using Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds series, at home. It may be an option for you.

56 this month. Struggling to lose. Would love the support. Add me :)

I was successful 5 years ago losing 40 pounds on The South Beach Diet. I am insulin resistance and found it was a way to keep the blood sugars in check. I have since gained it all back, and then some. I find it very restrictive, although I have altered my eating ever since. No white anything and I am much more aware now of…

Am all of 5'2" and weigh <gulp> 197. Shooting for 140 and will re-evaluate if I'm fortunate enough to get there. My calorie intake is 1350 and I occassionally eat back my calories, but that's only if I'm hungry. Am learning to listen to my body, become aware of what I'm eating and become healthier. For my height, there's…
