I am a creature of habit if I really like something and I eat oatmeal almost every day. For one meal or another. My favorite thing to put in oatmeal is a spoonful of Biscott Spread! :) Yummy!

I completed the Calf raises on Monday and could feel the burn for sure. Finished the lats for Tuesday and I too could only get about 20 at a time before the burn set in. Love these Mini-Challenges!

I love my fitbit as well! Had it 3 months and I use it every single day. It really does help you to be more motivated and work to get those steps and/or in my case miles in. I personally track miles more than steps. I wear mine on the front of my bra between the girls but move to my pants/shorts waist durning a run. I have…

In once again and sticking with my 160 total fitbit miles for the month. I was just under 10 miles to meet my October goal. Feel good about this month's goal cause over the Thanksgiving holidays we're going to Disney World! Hope to get in lots of walking then!

I've tried the Cookies n Cream, Chocolate and the Vanilla Ice Cream. I mix with Almond milk mostly. But I've had with plain water and although the almond milk shake is better, it's pretty good with water alone!. I've also tried bodybuilding.com's brand of 100% whey in Chocolate and love it too!

I too can't wait until Fall actually gets to Mississippi! Supposed to be cooler today then the rest of the week (upper 80's) but I'm ready for some 60's or even 50's as a high temp! Course I'm not sure if I'll feel like I'm getting a good workout if I don't sweat like a PIG! Lol!
