I see you've lost 66 lbs, so you obviously have a bit of ambition. When I can't get in the mood to work out and such I go to youtube and search "fitness motivation". It usually helps get my eye back on the goal.

FitBit One and thefitbit scale.The scale shows me 4.5 lbs heavier than my old one but it gives my BF% as 21.8 and the MFP calculator says 24.3 - go figure

Even if you've already talked yourself out of working out when the alarm goes off, don't roll over and go back to sleep. Get up and out of bed and move around. Go to the bathroom, get a cup of coffee, whatever. After a few days or so of actually getting up earlier it will be a lot easier to talk yourself into working out.

I have never understood why, particularly on this site, that those who undereat are shunned while those who overeat are supported. Aren't we all here because we want to eat healthy and look better? In my opinion, overeating is just as dangerous an eating disorder as undereating and deserves the same kind of support.

I had back problems since I was a teenager from a car accident. I went to doctors, and chiropractors, but never could get rid of the problem. Every time I did something physical, my back would go out. I finally went to a physical therapist. It took a few months but I haven't had any problems in over two years!

From what I understand, the cold reduces any swelling and the heat brings the blood to the muscle to heal it.

Congaratulations on the weight loss but especially on the cancer recovery. That is awesome! I was diagnosed with CML on April 1 2010 (April Fool's Day). The medication I was prescribed put me into remission right away and have been in remission ever since. It is great to hear other success stories!

I just finished week 1 of C25k and am really liking it! My work does the Special Olympics Torch Run every year, usually the beginning of June. I've vowed to run it at least once before I retire. It's a little over 4 miles, from one end of town to the other.

Your BMI for your height and weight just put you into the healthy range. So, no, you don't NEED to lose any more weight but you have plenty of room to play with if you still have some areas that you want to lose weight in.
