I log everything because I like to see the difference in my body functions... Everything with sodium I log, also any seasonings or any supplements I take. Then I can look back if I have a bad day and see what I did on a good day, or the other way around and see EXACTLY what I did.

I def can't compare my day to day to yours at all, you sound so busy! But I know what has helped me is prepping all my meals, snacks and buying a gallon water bottle to carry around haha.. I def understand why you wouldn't want to do certain workouts in the schools gym that you find aren't appropriate, but while in a public gym that you pay for, different story. Do your workout... I have no family anywhere near me and a deployed husband. So my thanksgiving will be spent at the gym and cleaning. haha. I guess I will be giving thanks for the ability to work out.

I do care, I care about people learning how amazing their bodies are by using in exercising, about how most of the population deals with anxiety and depression and can be combated with working out. 120 pizza rolls, 6 bags of movie theatre butter popcorn, 2 king size hersey bars and 3 bottles of coke. It was a horribly emotional day. And that was all day, not one sitting haha. I still felt like my stomach was going to explode though.

I have been eating 1200-1500.. Depending on if I work out or not for almost a year, and I have literally no issues. My body feels great, I have more energy than I ever did before. Bump because this is gonna get super funny too....

Just do it by the minute, and 10 minutes is a good start. But you probably won't be able to jump rope for 10 minutes straight for 10 minutes. I like to do 20 seconds on, 10 second rest, do that 5 times and then do 20 squats then back to 20 seconds on, 10 second rest.

When you crave bread it is known that really your body needs Nitrogene. You might try one day eating that instead of bread and see if it helps... You can get that high protein foods. So try that and see what happens :) But a little bread isn't gonna hurt, espically after a workout. Just make sure it is truly whole grain.…

I HATE seeing parents not paying attention to their children as they sit there and text and their child is running around the store at the mall. I just want to scream at them because that is so dangerous, that child could just disappear. I just don't understand that. But I will be paying very close attention to my children…

NO WAY... This is your goal, no one elses. If you get to your goal weight and feel like you want to lose more thennnn you can do that. But until then you do what your goal is and do not worry about others goals :) Keep up the great work!
