  • I am on board for the accountability as I have not been following my plan as well as I should and it shows as I have been losing and gaining the same 4 pounds for the last month and a half and I am ready to kick it to the curb for good and continue my journey to skinnydom! SW: 310.4 CW: 277.8 GW: 269 Weigh in Dates: 10/1…
  • I love chocolate anything so I will definitely have to give this a try. Plus it is always fun to surprise people with something they would not normally eat.
  • I'm on board for this - a challenge is always good. It helps us to stay on track and motivated when we see what everyone else is doing. • I agree on the melatonin. It helps to quiet your brain and helps you to sleep more soundly. You take it about 30 minutes before you plan to go to bed and then you should be able to get to sleep right away and no lingering effects the next morning. I love it because I have trouble shutting my brain off at night. Good luck…

I am hoping to make my 150 goal by next May for my birthday. I started using a fitbit about a month ago and I am still trying to get up to 10,000 steps a day. I try to do 30 minutes a…
