  • depends if you are toning muscle or burning fat as a work out and which one you are most focused on. It does matter which order you exercise in to see the results you want. If you would like to see the scale go down faster do the cardio first If you are trying to tone your muscle do that firt. My whole theory behind this…

  • get the gallons. they are less then one dollar a piece. they taste just as good as water. and if your really hurting buy a few then refill them at those machinces for 25 cents or less.
  • medications? mine make me starving! other then that i would just work out more once you feel better. And eat more filling foods.
  • obviously people lose weight from exercising. but that is because they are burning way more fat then they are gaining muscle. That why when you watch heavy and biggest loser they see results on the scale. some people just dont have as much body fat.
  • when you work out. you gain muscle. muscle is obviously heavier then fat which means you are going to gain weight. In that case i wouldn't pay attention to the scale you should put in your measurements and see results that way. Exercise is replacing fat with muscle. There is no way around the weight gain.
  • drink chocolate milk before dinner if that is where you struggle. It will fill you up and sometimes you wont even want to eat dinner. Also you can drink a cup of water before you eat but chocolate milk will do more for you with the sugar. and try to eat peanut butter for dinner if you have to eat. It is a really big filler.

  • low cal banna nut muffins. they are yummy! and only 75 calories per muffin. Or my favorite. Pumpkin cookies. They are awesome but since i make them my self i have no idea how many calories are in them. Even though they seem pretty healthy.
  • depends on what you eat. you should try the eat this not that books. they are amazing! =) but basically anything you can taste salt on, dont eat it.
