Hi LCong , i live in Egypt , first i hope you'll enjoy your visit it's a great place to be , stay on fresh fruits and veggies limited bread , lots of water it's really hot here this time of the year , and for the calories in fruits it's the same kinds every where apples and bananas , oranges nothing different , the fish…
