Hi all! I used to be michelle4173, but I completely fell off the wagon and canceled my mfp account and gym membership! It was pretty bad, but I'm happy to say that I am back here and I start a new gym membership tomorrow! I would love to have some support along the way, so please send me a friend request!

    There are always ups and downs, but the best we do to repair is getting back on track and I myself started MFP once and then quit, but then I started again and now after following the plan step by step I'm where I once was and I love it :-). Just be strong and follow the MFP plan and you will have what you want........
