I think I like this site. I have used fitday and sparkpeople and wanted to try something a little different. I am open to any suggestions to help me get started with success on this site.

    Start poking about the food and exercise databases to see what's going to help you meet your goals.

    Start making some friends who will support you when you need it.

    Set up some preloaded meals ("my meals") that you can log and fix for yourself easily.
