I'm 5' and started at approximately 197. I am currently 153 with a goal weight of 130. I hope my pictures work, as I've never done this before! :) All of you look fantastic!!

Hello! I am 4'11 and I have mine set at 1200. I eat back some of my exercise calories, only if I am actually hungry. I have lost 23 lb since the end of October. I have a lot to lose on my small frame though.

MFP also set me at 1200 after I had already lost 25lbs. I wasn't hungry, but I wasn't losing any weight, even with going to the gym 3x a week. So I recently upped my calories manually to about 1500. I've already lost 2lbs this WEEK after the change. I haven't been eating back my exercise calories though. Good luck! :)

I am alone today too! I just moved 6 hours away from home about 4 months ago. I plan on making and or picking up a little "thanksgiving" dinner for myself tonight! And hanging out with my dog! :) I can't wait for Sunday night when my boyfriend comes home with leftovers from the parents houses! :)

I had to return my size 16 jeans I just bought thinking they would fit, and got 14's instead :) Yay!

I bought a pair of shorts at the begining of the summer and came home to find they were too small. Well I found those shorts yesterday and tried them on again and they were too big! :)

I'm finally done with the 180's! Never again! It's still sort of a scale victory, but not at the same time :)
