I’ve just started back up and I’m weighing daily or every other day. Before I was ignoring it and pretending I was losing when I was wayyyy overeating. So, I’m working on that now and weighing daily helps me keep it at the forefront of my mind.

Buy a HRM. Then you will actually KNOW what you burned instead of guesstimating and finding yourself frustrated. Most recipes can be done with frozen or refrigerated chicken. Frozen is 6-7 hours in the crockpot and refrigerated is a little less like5-6. Hope that helps!!

I usually choose one of the get focused workouts and do them for strength training. I also like doing the 30 ,impute workouts a lot. Just pick based on what muscles you need to workout that day! That's what I do and it world for me!

I love the app! When it's too hard I'll take a breather for 5-10 seconds then jump right back in! I love the rewards and badges and it has definitely helped me lose weight and tone!

You really don't need to absolutely cut tngs out. Set your calorie goal and eat within that range. Add in small amounts of exercise every week. Thanks for the advice! I had tried it before when I was a lot heavier and it was terribly hard. I never thought in a million years I could do that workout and then go out for a mile run to add in some cardio. Amazing how our bodies change! Good luck with RI30 I have heard amazing things about it

If you lose weight by counting calories, doing cardio, and weight training excess skin should not be a problem. Weight training is key. Just follow MFP find a good lifting program and make sure to get some cardio in. As long as you don't lose weight ridiculously fast you should be golden!

I think watching your calories will do the trick. Obviously don't load up on sugary beverages, but count your calories. LOG LOG LOG. The weight loss will come. Give your body three weeks.
