I check mine almost daily in the mornings. I don't stress out about it, but I do like to see how it fluctuates. I have a handheld meter made by Omron. Since I started using MFP and working out I have gone from around 29% to 26%. It really helps keep me motivated

MSG is added because it's supposed to make food taste better. It's a flavor enhancer, also some people are allergic. My dad gets terrible migraines from MSG

I'm 5' 3.75" Started at 150, currently around 141-142 and my short term goal is to see anything less than 140 on the scale. My long term goal is 130 and then I'll reevaluate. Too add I started around 29% body fat and I'm around 26% right now. Hoping to get down to low 20s
